Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with cozy rooms that were heated really well, perfect for a cold month like February. The lack of a fridge was a downside, but the spacious and comfortable room, impeccably clean with what looked like new furniture, made up for it. The view of the mountains from the room was a definite highlight.
I stayed at the hotel for a weekend getaway and had a mixed experience. The rooms were very large, very clean, and had a decent-sized balcony, which was great. However, they weren't ready when we arrived, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the location was perfect, right in the middle of downtown, making it easy to explore shops and restaurants. The service was friendly and welcoming but there was an issue with overcharging that needed to be resolved. The dining options were okay, with basic offerings available. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.
Staying in the Tower Section of the hotel was better than expected. The room was large, clean, and had a big balcony offering views of the ski slope and street. However, the parking area and walkway had a sketchy feel.
